What shipped

  • fix(spawn): #3038 — workers no longer stall on Claude Code's "N new MCP servers found" trust dialog. Because every worker runs in a fresh git worktree, newer Claude Code (2.1.187+) surfaced that prompt and parked the worker; the launch now pairs --strict-mcp-config with an explicit empty --mcp-config so the prompt never appears and the worker boots straight to its brief (#3039).
  • feat(spawn): #3038 — a claude version-floor guard warns "run claude update" when the local Claude Code is old enough to still stall a worker, instead of failing silently (#3039).
