What shipped

The 60-hour release. v1.1.0 launched publicly on July 9; this patch is everything the fornalha shipped in the ~60 hours after — 80+ pull requests, 75+ tickets, over 120,000 lines across code, tests, and documentation, every single one through green CI and an independent GOLDEN review. Four milestones went from open to zero: the s-flow gate revamp, the Gantt rework, the Moat automation loop, and the Product Manual. Never alone, never idle.

The gate you can actually read — s-flow v2

The ForgePlay gate is redesigned from scratch: a split-pane reader (list + document, tabbed multi-doc queue, read-state ticks) replaces the monolithic wall — you read every blueprint, approve, tweak, and answer Q&A rounds from one legible surface, no pane-attach ever. Orchestrator questions now ride the gate by construction (a blocked play can never strand its question in a hidden pane), approvals self-heal if they outrun the polling window, and the --await contract re-arms honestly instead of promising an unbounded park it did not have. Plan deliverables render as their real archetypes (never the plain-document floor — emission physically refuses it), blueprint charts are mandatory at emit, and the play form got the full textsurface treatment: large multiline input, image attach, esc-esc select-all.

Gantt, reworked — "a revanche"

The Gantt screen earns its keep: date-window pan/zoom, sprint pace verdicts (ahead/behind on the board), an estimation-accuracy tile, my-lane emphasis, and a live pulse on the glyph being worked right now — all fed by a real SprintStats read-model instead of ad-hoc queries.

The Moat loop — waves, autofire, automerge

Milestones now carry a real dependency DAG: wave analysis derives what can run in parallel, the Order/Autorun screen shows the locked/front/parked lanes, and the durable sprint-autofire loop keeps dispatching the next eligible tickets — with automerge consent as a single explicit toggle and a cockpit chip that always tells you which mode you are in. Bulk assignee, wave edge backfill, and creation-time milestone/sprint binding round it out.

The Product Manual — Never Alone, in two languages

FlowForge now ships its book: an 11-chapter Product Manual — philosophy first, the cockpit explained key by key, the full 36-agent catalog, and the workflow sky-view — in English and Brazilian Portuguese, as a live web edition and a branded print-grade PDF export (flowforge docs manual), WCAG-AA audited, with real screenshots of the running product. The manual is linked from the site header and tells the truth about what this product is for: the love of building software with mastery.

Honest machinery — fixes that keep the gates trustworthy

The merge vehicle no longer misreports a head-mismatch as red CI (refusals now name the true failing gate); the release-discipline doctrine is finally committed as ADR-0099 (registry collision with 0088 resolved); the shell-integration test suite is hermetic and reliably green; generated-PDF brand headers got their breathing room; voice push-to-talk works from every screen on a fresh install; desktop glyphs render pixel-perfect from the bundled Nerd Font set; and the desktop app now joins the install pipeline — built, staged, promoted, and installed together with the CLI.

Onboarding groundwork

A 90-second, zero-jargon "your first project" walkthrough in both languages, safe resume/repair for interrupted project creation, and an install preflight that detects missing prerequisites and guides instead of failing cryptically.
