FFT-CS-Analyst - Customer Success Execution
Overview
Section titled “Overview”FFT-CS-Analyst is the execution leaf of FlowForge’s Customer Success pair. It takes the play
brief authored by fft-cs-architect — segments, health-score model, playbooks, cadence,
escalation triggers — and runs it against real accounts: working the touchpoints, computing
the health reports, tracking renewal runway, and executing save plays when risk triggers
fire. It never re-authors strategy; when reality contradicts the brief, it escalates to the
architect with evidence.
Capabilities
Section titled “Capabilities”- Playbook execution: runs the architect’s segmented playbooks step-by-step against named accounts, logging every interaction
- Health reporting: computes the health-score model per account, trend deltas, cohort rollups, and risk flags with evidence attached
- Touchpoint cadence: kickoff, onboarding check-ins, adoption reviews, and renewal-runway marks (120/90/60/30 days) on the brief’s schedule
- Save plays: executes the prescribed save play when a risk trigger fires, and records the outcome
- Expansion signals: spots usage ceilings, new-team invites, and feature requests — and hands them UP to the architect, never self-authored deals
- Outcome reports: structured what-ran / what-moved / what-stalled / brief-vs-reality reports back to the architect
When to Use
Section titled “When to Use”- Routing rule: account execution, health reports, and cadence work → dispatch
fft-cs-analyst, always against an existingfft-cs-architectplay brief - Running the weekly health-report pass across the account book
- Working an onboarding cadence for a newly landed account
- Executing a save play on a risk-flagged account
Do NOT dispatch to design strategy, playbooks, or health-score models — that is fft-cs-architect. The analyst escalates deviations; it does not improvise them.
Example Prompts
Section titled “Example Prompts”"Run this week's health-report pass for the account book against the current play brief: per-account scores, trend deltas, risk flags with evidence, and the renewal-runway table.""Account X tripped the champion-departure trigger. Execute the prescribed save play, log each step, and report the outcome with a brief-vs-reality gap note."
